Our Return Policy

Everything You Need to Know

Refund Policy :

Michigan Custom Craftworks, LLC strives to give you 100% satisfaction when shopping with us. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 14 days. An original receipt is required and needs to be printed off and sent back with your product of purchase in the original packaging unaltered in anyway. Certain restrictions apply. Purchases placed over the phone or any special custom leather orders, and on sale clearance merchandise are non-refundable and no returns will be accepted.

 “14 Day Return Policy”- Learn More Disclaimers: 

  • An original receipt is required.  

  • Pre- authorization is required for all products returned through mail must be submitted on website return policy form first. 

  • Items must be in the original packaging. 

  • Items must not be used, or leather altered in any way. 

  • Returns that are accepted are subject to a 40% restocking fee that may be charged to your account. 

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping, at their own costs to return the item. 

Not Returnable Products: "ALL CUSTOM LEATHER GOODS"

At Michigan Custom Craftworks, LLC reserves the right to refuse any custom leather work request. There, are no exchanges for any custom or non-custom leather goods that are damaged during shipping. 

Items under this policy are not eligible for returns, all sales are final. Shipping fees related to special order items are not refundable. Items under this policy include but are limited to: 

  • Clearance Items 

  • Discontinued Items 

  • Final Sale Items 

  • Special leather custom order goods (Custom Craft, Name Engraving etc.) 

II.  Michigan Custom Craftworks, LLC- Custom Leather Work Policy:

  • All Custom Leather Work request - require a written "Yes" in email inquiry.

  • An invoice of 50% of the total amount excluding sales tax and shipping cost will be sent to the customer as a secured down payment received before any custom leather work is started.  

Return Procedure :

Contact us online, email us at, to initiate a return for items ordered online. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  

 III. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and refunded to the original form of payment. 

Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card used in the original transaction. Once the refund is processed, it can take 5-7 days for your bank to release the funds. In the event we are unable to process the refund to the original credit card, the refund will be issued to a Visa debit gift card electronically.   

Missing or Damaged Items 

If your package arrives and there is product damage during transit, or an item was incorrect or missing, we recommended reaching out to our Customer Service Team immediately to get the issue corrected. You will need to provide the following items to open a claim for damaged goods: 

  • Pictures of the damaged package and all damaged product to be included in the claim 

  • Order number  

  • Items and quantity that were damaged  

You will need to provide the following items to open a claim for incorrect or missing items: 

  • Order number  

  • Items missing  

  • Items that were incorrect if applicable  

Please note that you have 5-days from the time the package is marked delivered to contact our Customer Service Team and open a claim to get this corrected. Michigan Custom Craftworks, LLC is not responsible for replacing missing or damaged items if a claim is not filed within this 5-day timeframe.
