Our Policy

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Michigan Custom Craftworks.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Michigan Custom Craftworks ("Physical Goods")

What does this limited Warranty cover?

  • This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. Our Warranty Period is for 60 days from the date of purchase. During the Warranty Period, Michigan Custom Craftworks will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves to be defective due to material defects or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance conditions.

  • This Warranty Policy is subject to inspection, which the customer is responsible for shipping charges, verification of proof of purchase with an email copy of invoice receipt is required. 

              What will we do to correct the issue?

Michigan Custom Craftworks will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, under the 60-day Warranty Period from the original date of purchase. ​

             How long does the Warranty Coverage last?

  • The Warranty Coverage for physical goods Only from Michigan Custom Craftworks is valid for 60-days from the original date of purchase. A replacement physical goods or part assumes the remaining Warranty of the original physical goods or 60-days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. 

  • If the physical goods or parts have already been Warranted in our system, the product is void and not eligible for warranty repairs.

              ​What does this limited Warranty not cover?

  • If the physical goods or parts have already been warranted 60-days from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover any problem caused by conditions from shipping, malfunctions or damage by customer. 

  • To obtain a warranty service, contact our customer support on our website at and submit a warranty form, and we will determine the most appropriate solution for you.
