I. General Shipping Terms: 

• Michigan Custom Craftworks, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays due to customs inspection to countries outside the U.S. and accrued additional international tariff taxes at customs ports.

• Non-contiguous US States and territories like Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from free shipping promotions and are subject to different shipping flat rates. See the checkout page for the current shipping rates.  

• ​All purchases from the website customers will pay in full and/or transaction pending deposit before leather good products will be shipped.

• Some Large or heavy orders do not qualify for shipping promos. If your order does qualify for a shipping offer, a customer service representative will contact you with a new shipping quote. 

• Free shipping on orders over $125.00 only in the lower US 48 States.  

• Free shipping threshold promotions may be discontinued at any time without notice.  

• Orders shipped to PO Box or APO addresses may take 2-4 weeks to arrive due to USPS delays. 

• Orders may take up to 5-7 days to process through our warehouse. 

II. Special custom leather orders Shipping Terms:  
Special custom leather order items ship directly from the supplier to your door and are subject to different shipping procedures and policies. Please reference the list for more information.  
Special custom leather goods (Custom Order Shipping Terms): 

• It may take up to 24-48 hours to receive your shipping confirmation. Due to inclement weather, closed holidays, or personal emergencies. 

• Shipping on Custom order items are non-refundable. 

• Additional shipping charges may apply for Special custom leather order Items. 

• Shipping times will vary by destination.
